Dr. Milan Trivedi is the founder and Chairman of Rosefinch Pharmaceutique Private Limited. He is a dynamic personality, having knowledge and expertise of varied subjects. Dr.Trivedi has more than 18 years of experience in the field of Medicine, Drug Designing, in-vitro pharmacology, gene regulatory networks, protein engineering & process optimization, up-scaling of clinical candidates and technology development. Dr.Trivedi’s experience covers full scope of the drug chain – from discovery to clinical development, commercialization as well as partnerships and franchise strategic marketing for several therapeutic areas.

Dr.Trivedi has studied and worked at M.P. Shah Cancer Center (Gujarat Cancer & Research Institute), Ahmedabad, where he specialized in Clinical & Fundamental Oncology, Immunology, and Molecular Biology.

Dr.Trivedi holds Ph.D. in Medicine. He is a life member of IACR (Indian Association for Cancer Research), ISMFR (Indian Society for Magnetic Fluid Research) and various other associations and institutes.

Dr.Trivedi is responsible for guiding research projects towards development of New Chemical Entity (NCE). As a Part of Management team he develops and executes a variety of strategies, sales and marketing activities.

CA. Chirag Paleja is the founder and President of Rosefinch Pharmaceutique Private Limited. He has rich and varied experience of over 16 years in managing financial operations, across industry sectors, in large and medium organizations. These included major capital mobilizations, investor relations, financial structuring and turnarounds, reporting processes & controls, joint ventures and improvement of systems, in both Greenfield and established projects.

CA. Chirag Paleja is a seasoned professional, he started his career with a management consulting company in Mumbai wherein he was selected directly from the Campus placement programme of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. During his tenure, he headed Merchant Banking Division of one of the top three Merchant Bankers of India and has worked on various assignments and industries with focus on Entrepreneurial Consulting, Debt & Equity Syndication and Shared CFO services.

CA. Chirag Paleja is a Fellow Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He also holds certifications from NCFM (Cash, Commodities & Derivatives), AMFI, BCDE, and IRDA.As a Part of Management team, he develops and executes varied financial models and documentation for the growth of the organization.

Dr.Aditya Bhatt is an Executive Director in Rosefinch Pharmaceutique Private Limited. He is a Pharma professional with a varied experience in pharmaceutical industry.

Dr.Aditya Bhatt has worked with Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Limited, Panoli as a Quality Assurance officer. His area of expertise is Quality operations and Process chemistry. He holds Master Degree in Chemistry. He has also pursued his Doctorate Degree in Organic Chemistry.

As a Part of Management team, he develops and executes policies and documentation related to Total Quality Management System of the organization.

Dr.Vijay Nagecha is Co-Founder & Director of Rosefinch Pharmaceutique Private Limited. He is MD in Psychiatry. He has a rich experience of more than 30 years. In addition to his practice, he is a fellow consultant at “WockHardt Hospital” and “Sterling Hospital”.

Dr.Vijay Nagecha is a Life Member of Indian Medical Association, Fellow Member of Indian Psychiatric Society and Private Psychiatrist Association of India. He has also been Speaker at various International, National and Regional Conferences on Psychiatry.

Dr.Chetan Hansalia is Co-Founder & Director of Rosefinch Pharmaceutique Private Limited. He is MD in Psychiatry. He has a rich experience of more than 24 years. In addition to his practice, he is a fellow consultant at “WockHardt Hospital” and “Sterling Hospital”.

Dr.Chetan Hansalia is a Life Member of Indian Medical Association, Fellow Member of Indian Psychiatric Society and Private Psychiatrist Association of India.

CA Kaushik Gandhi is Co-Founder & Director of Rosefinch Pharmaceutique Pvt. Ltd. He has a rich experience of 20 years in Lighting Industry. He is a Professional turned Entrepreneur with a Financial and Manufacturing background.

He is a Commerce Graduate from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce & Economics & an Associate member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He also holds certifications from NCFM and IRDA. He is responsible for Coordinating and Negotiating with different agencies to ensure smooth functioning of the organisation.

Mr. Jaideep Raigagla is Co-Founder & Director of Rosefinch Pharmaceutique Private Limited. He has experience of more than 30 years in the equity market as a broker. He is Director in Image Equity (India) Pvt. Ltd. He also Owns and Manages Regenta Palace Greenleaf, Mahabaleshwar.

He has a very good Network with Decision makers in the Pharmaceutical Industry because of his rich and varied experience. He looks after Sales and Marketing activities of the company.

Er. Jignesh Gandhi is an engineer with a focused approach, possessing deep knowledge in Electricals and Electronics, has credits to his name as a Developer of patented energy saving technology in lighting.

He is known for Implementing time bound actions in the Manufacturing process.

He is an engineering graduate with a diploma and degree in digital electronics from Bombay Institute of Technology.

Has a vast experience of over 30 years in electrical and electronics industry.

He is an expert of product designing, application visualization, product manufacturing and process development, quality testing, compliance to standards - covering the gamut of product manufacturing cycle. His in-depth subject knowledge has been the key input to the success of many industry players.

His rich and varied experience covers all departments of the industry from Purchase, Logistics, Finance, Operations, Human resources & Marketing.
He follows his pursuit of knowledge on different subjects with a childlike enthusiasm.

He has undergone professional trainings in Management, Business Development and Self Development.

He is a graduate of Associate Members of Institute of Engineers (AMIE)and a Life member of Indian Society of Lighting Engineers.

Mr. Tejas Ashok Parekh is vice president international business of Rosefinch Pharmaceutique Private Limited.

He has experience of more than 20 years in to consulting and execution of licesinig, contracts and total legal solutions.

He is also Director in JPS Legal Solutions Pvt. Ltd., he takes care of international business development for the company.

Mr. Kalpesh Doshi is Co-founder and Director of Rosefinch Pharmaceutique Private Limited. He has rich experience of 15 years in Coal Industry.

He is one of the leading coal supplier to Various MNC's like Reliance Industries ltd., UPL, Deepak Fertilizers etc..

Mr. Ashok Parekh is Co-Founder and Mentor of Rosefinch Pharmaceutique Pvt. Ltd. He has a humongous experience of 56 Years in Manufacturing of Pharmaceuticals. During his vast Career, he has worked with various MNCs like Unichem Pharmaceuticals, Geoffrey Manners Pharmaceutical and Novartis AG (Sandoz). It may be noted that he has worked with Novartis AG for the last 31 years till the time he retired.

His vast and rich experience gives an edge to the company as he has seen each and every aspect of Production; he also brings a Big Network in Pharmaceutical Industry which can be converted to Company’s benefit as and when required.

Dr.Anamik Shah is Mentor to Rosefinch Pharmaceutique Private Limited. He has pursued his Doctorate degree in Synthetic Organic Chemistry. He is one of the Professors in the National University System to work on several industry-academic research projects. Dr.Anamik Shah has successfully worked on 14 National and International Research Projects. He has more than 35 years of rich experiences in R & D.

Dr.Anamik Shah served as President of Indian Society of Chemists and Biologists. He has published more than 107 scientific papers and authored many books. His R&D work focuses on diversified fields of medicinal chemistry research such as anti HIV, anti-cancer and anti-tubercular drug discovery, preservation of molecular diversity, etc.

He has also served as an editorial board member in various journals like Heterocyclic Communications, UK, Journal of Basic and Applied Pharmaceutical Sciences, Brazil, Journal of Cell and Tissue Research (TRC journal) etc. He has also been awarded by International Scientific Partnership Foundation, Russia.

Dr.Shah has successfully Collaborated research programs with National Institute of Health (NIH)-USA, Department of Science & Technology, Government of India.

Dr.Rakesh Rawal is a Guiding force to Rosefinch Pharmaceutique Private Limited. His area of specialization includes medicinal chemistry, molecular modeling and Insilico screening of compound library against various cancer targets with special reference to In vitro screening of New Chemical Entities (NCE) in cell lines and primary tumor cells. He has developed expertise in establishing In vitro stem cell model for leukemia’s for predicting drug response and resistance.

Dr.Rakesh Rawal has pursued his Ph.D. in Lifesciences. Since then he is involved in various research projects funded by state, national and international agencies. He is also a recognised Ph.D. guide in Biotechnology and Bioinformatics.

Dr.Rakesh Rawal has published more than 25 research articles in journals of national and international reputation. Besides this, he has been a speaker for lectures in the field of cancer biology, nanotechnology and bioinformatics at various national and international symposia. He is a life member of Indian Association of Cancer Research (IACR).
